Due to the size and nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly, which is why we must apply the following cancellation policy (for individual bookings of 1-2 days):

  • If notice of 30 days or more of cancellation is provided, the full amount paid will be refunded
  • If notice of 11-29 days is provided, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded
  • If the notice period is 10 days or less, no refund will be paid

All refunds will be processed back to the NZ bank account or credit card account originally charged, and will not be refunded in cash or overseas money transfer.

If your booking is a block booking of all studio units, or if you are booking a unit for 4 or more days, there will be no refund if notice of less than 30 days is provided (unless we are able to re-book the room/s following your cancellation).

If a cancellation is due to NZ Government imposed Covid-19 regional or nationwide travel restrictions (and you are unable to travel), a full refund will be paid.
